Phone request form

 

Cell phone requests can be made for any active duty military or veteran that has a legitimate need for a prepaid cell phone. Phones will be provided with 30 days of unlimited usage within the United States. Additional minutes can be purchased by the recipient, or requests for additional minutes can be made prior to the end of 30 days. Requests for multiple phones should be emailed to: cellphonesforsoldiers@recellular.com
